So I tried making the truffles popcorn with cayenne and chocolate for a snack today. Didn't turn out too bad but I think I used a bit too much chocolate. I just popped the popcorn, poured some truffle oil over, shook in about 1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips and sprinkled some cayenne over the top. I shook it all up in the pot and poured it in the bowl. I think I need to let the chocolate harden a little. Otherwise it tastes good, but it's not as good as David Burke's version.
